Every organisation has one owner (billing, deletion). Admins can invite users and set the brand. Rights don't cost extra; only seats do.

Your subscription starts automatically with the seats and period you chose. We email you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends. Cancel online before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Online, at any time, in the billing portal. The subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for (month, quarter or year), and you keep full access until then.

Prices are excl. VAT, and Palletseal is for businesses only. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge (no VAT). Customers in Cyprus pay 19 % Cyprus VAT. Outside the EU, VAT and other taxes follow local rules. Invoices come from Stripe, issued by HELPAKOS LIMITED, Cyprus.
We retry for 14 days. After that the account becomes read-only, and you can still view and export your data. If the subscription ends, the data stays read-only and exportable for 90 days and is then deleted.
