The Load Stability Bench – Large is the flagship testing platform from Pallet Seal, designed for full-scale evaluation of pallet load stability under simulated transport conditions.
Built to EUMOS 40509 principles, the bench enables manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and logistics companies to systematically verify that pallet loads will remain stable throughout the entire supply chain.
Tests according to EUMOS 40509 — the European standard for testing and assessment of load stability in road vehicles.

Make Data-Driven Decisions & Reduce Transport Risks!
BASLER 3D CAMERA – DETECTS EVEN THE SLIGHTEST CARGO MOVEMENTS.
Steep inclines & rough roads — your pallets need to withstand it all. Tilt Table puts your load stability to the test under real transport conditions.
Avoid costly transport damage! Tilt Table identifies weak spots in your wrapping process before your pallets hit the road, helping you prevent product losses.
Tests according to DIN 55415 — the German standard for tilt testing of unit loads.
Precision instrument for measuring Newton pressure on pallet corners from stretch film or pallet strapping.
The C-Measure is a handheld precision instrument developed to measure the Newton pressure exerted on pallet corners by stretch film or strapping.
Used alongside wrapping machines or hand stretch film application, the C-Measure provides the data needed to optimise film usage and ensure consistent, reliable pallet securing.

Get one of our pallet optimisation specialists to help you achieve the best possible results in pallet stability, lower packaging consumption, and consistent production line performance.
We work with a complete A-Z approach, where we analyse your current pallet wrapping process, test the stability of your pallets, and identify the best opportunities for optimisation. Our specialist can bring test equipment on site to demonstrate and document the data directly on your pallets, ensuring that every recommendation is based on real measurements and not assumptions.
At the end of the day, you will receive a detailed report with clear findings, documented test results, and practical recommendations for how to improve pallet stability, reduce stretch film consumption, and create a more consistent production process.
Practical, hands-on training tailored to your team and your real-world challenges.
Standard Training is the first level in the Pallet Seal training program. The course gives participants a practical understanding of pallet optimisation, stretch film, stretch wrapping machines and simple test methods.
The course is based on the Pallet Seal A-Z Pallet Optimisation Program. We go through how to work in a structured way with a pallet solution, from the current setup to an optimised solution with improved stability, lower film consumption and documented savings.
Completion of Standard Training is required before participating in Advanced Training.
In the morning, we go through the theoretical part. This session typically lasts 3–4 hours and covers stretch film, stretch wrapping machines and pallet stability.
We explain how stretch film works, why the stretch film curve is important, and how different types of film affect stability, consumption and cost.
We also go through semi-automatic and fully automatic stretch wrapping machines. The focus is on machine function, the difference between S-carriage and W-carriage systems, pre-stretch, dancer arm systems, load cell systems and how machine settings affect both the film and the pallet.
Finally, we introduce the most relevant test methods for pallet stability, including pressure plate testing, corner measurement, tilt testing, truck tilt testing, DIN 55415 and EUMOS 40509.
In the afternoon, we work practically with the customer's own pallets.
We start by testing the current solution and reviewing film consumption, machine settings, pallet structure and stability. We then work with simple test tools such as pressure plate testing, corner measurement and truck tilt testing.
After this, we optimise the solution by adjusting film type, pre-stretch, film tension, number of wraps or machine program. The objective is to compare the current film test with an optimised solution and show the difference in stability, film consumption and savings.
After completing Standard Training, participants will be able to work practically with basic pallet optimisation at the end-user site.
They will understand the connection between stretch film, machine settings and pallet stability, and they will be able to use simple test methods to identify improvements, reduce film consumption and create more consistent pallet solutions.
A course certificate will be issued after completion of the Standard Training.
Built on hands-on experience in packaging optimisation, pallet stability, and transport safety.
Pallet Seal is built on more than 30 years of hands-on experience in packaging optimisation, pallet stability, stretch film performance, production line optimisation and transport safety.
We specialise in helping companies understand, test and improve the way their pallet loads perform during production, transport, handling and storage.
We work with pallet stability testing equipment, packaging optimisation, production line optimisation and training.
Our experience comes from working directly with stretch film producers, packaging suppliers, machine manufacturers, logistics companies and end users around the world.
At Pallet Seal, we combine practical field experience with technical testing methods. We do not only provide equipment — we help companies understand the results and optimise their packaging process.
Our goal is to make pallet stability and packaging performance measurable, understandable and practical.
