Palletseal's acceleration bench is approved for EUMOS 40509 certification: tests performed on it are EUMOS 40509 certified acceleration tests, measured from slo-mo video (elastic ≤ 10 %, permanent ≤ 5 % of load height). Pre-stretch (from revolutions and the measured film weight), film use per pallet and per year, and load stability through tilt, containment force and – with Palletseal equipment – acceleration bench and C-Meazure tests. From that it calculates the cost per year and estimates the CO₂e for the customer's current film and yours.
Yes, when it is performed on Palletseal's acceleration bench, which is approved for EUMOS 40509 certification. The lean of the load is measured from a slo-mo video against the limits (elastic ≤ 10 %, permanent ≤ 5 % of load height), and the report states the method. Results from external labs can also be added to the final report.
An iPad (or iPhone) for tests on site, and any computer with a browser for reports and Insights. For the acceleration test you record in the Camera app's Slo-mo mode (120 or 240 fps; EUMOS 40509 requires at least 80 fps). You also need a scale to weigh the film used.
It is an estimate: film saved per year × a CO₂e factor per kg film. The default factor is 2.3 kg CO₂e per kg film, a generic value for LLDPE stretch film. The customer can change the factor per film supplier, for example to the producer's own figure. The factor used is printed in the report.
Yes. Your logo, colour and company name appear in the app and on every report, for everyone in your organisation. Reports can be produced in the customer's language (25 languages).
You get 14 days with full access. A card is required at sign-up, so your team keeps working without interruption. We email you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends. Cancel online before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the subscription starts automatically with the seats and billing period you chose.
So the switch from trial to paid happens without a break in the middle of a customer week. Cancel online at any time during the 14 days and you won't be charged.
You pay per user: Seller or Manager. Add or remove seats at any time; changes mid-period are charged pro rata. Pay monthly, quarterly (−5 %) or yearly (−15 %) by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period. Prices excl. VAT, for businesses only: businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge, customers in Cyprus pay 19 % VAT, and other countries follow local rules.
Reps see only their own customers and tests. Managers see the whole team and Insights. Admins invite users and set the brand, but don't get access to colleagues' data through that role.
Your data stays yours. If a payment fails, we retry for 14 days; after that the account becomes read-only, so you can still view and export your data. When a subscription ends, you keep read-only access and can export everything for 90 days; then the data is deleted. If a trial ends without payment, the data is deleted 30 days after the trial ended. We email the owner before anything is deleted.
