These terms apply when a business (“the Customer”) subscribes to Palletseal, provided by HELPAKOS LIMITED, a private company limited by shares registered in Cyprus (registration number HE482734) (“we”, “us”). By signing up in the app, the Customer accepts these terms, including our data processing agreement. Palletseal is sold to businesses only.
1. The service
Palletseal is an app for testing stretch film and load stability at the Customer’s customers and producing reports on film use, cost and estimated CO₂e. Acceleration tests performed on Palletseal’s acceleration bench are EUMOS 40509 certified acceleration tests; acceleration tests performed without the bench are based on the limits of EUMOS 40509. Results are estimates based on the data entered and measured. CO₂e figures are estimates calculated with a default factor (2.3 kg CO₂e per kg film) or a factor chosen by the Customer.
2. Accounts and seats
The Customer pays per user seat: Seller or Manager. Owner and admin rights are free roles on a seat. The Customer is responsible for its users and for keeping login details safe. Seats can be added or removed at any time; changes mid-period are charged or credited pro rata.
3. Trial
New customers get a 14-day trial with full access. A payment card is required at sign-up. We email the Customer a reminder 7 days before the trial ends. If the Customer cancels online before the trial ends, nothing is charged. Otherwise the subscription starts automatically with the seats and billing period chosen.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are per user per month, excluding VAT, as shown on palletseal.com/pricing at the time of sign-up. Billing can be monthly, quarterly (5 % discount) or yearly (15 % discount); quarterly and yearly are paid up front. Customers established in an EU country other than Cyprus that provide a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Customers in Cyprus are charged 19 % Cyprus VAT. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any VAT or other taxes due under their local rules. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Founding offer: customers who sign up before 1 December 2026, 00:00 UTC, and pay yearly receive 10 % off their first yearly invoice, calculated on the yearly price after the 15 % yearly discount. The sign-up date counts, even if the trial ends later, and the offer also applies if the Customer switches to yearly billing during the trial before that date. The discount is applied once, automatically at checkout.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry for 14 days. After that the account becomes read-only, and data can still be viewed and exported, until payment is made or the subscription ends.
6. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time and end at the end of the current paid billing period. Prepaid periods are not refunded unless required by law. [BEKRÆFT] After the subscription ends, the Customer keeps read-only access and can export its data for 90 days; the data is then deleted. If a trial ends without payment, the data is deleted 30 days after the trial ended. We email the owner before deletion.
7. Data
The Customer owns the data it enters. Where we process personal data on the Customer’s behalf, we do so as a processor under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Customer data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany); service providers that may access limited data from outside the EU are listed at palletseal.com/security. See the privacy policy.
8. Acceptable use
The Customer must not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or use the service in breach of law.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. Test results and savings are estimates and depend on the data entered; the Customer is responsible for decisions based on them. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss. [BEKRÆFT]
10. Changes
We may change these terms or prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes take effect from the next billing period.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are settled by the courts of Cyprus. [BEKRÆFT]
