- Film + paper
C-Meazure measures how firmly the wrap holds the load. A profile with load cells runs along the full height of the pallet corner and measures the pressure from the film at each level. It is wireless and quick to install, so you can test in busy warehouses without cables across the floor.
Why measure containment force
Real-time feedback
See whether the load is held firmly enough without exceeding what the product and primary packaging can take.
Find weak points
Spot weak points in the wrapping pattern before transport, when they can still be fixed.
Calibrate the wrapper
Set the wrapper precisely, so you use less film while the load is still held.
One method everywhere
Replace manual estimates with measurements, so every site works to the same standard.
